- facilitate integrated planning between member agencies
- champion IHP innovation
- facilitate member agencies to enhance their partnerships with non-health sectors
- focus on:physical activity, nutrition and oral health
- mental health; seek to resolve underlying issues of transport, education, employment, social isolation, housing, family/parenting, resourcing of primary care

Integrated Planning Workshop
The PCP hosted an Integrated Planning workshop in September to discuss the development of an integrated plan to address key issues for health and wellbeing within the catchment. This recognises that agencies are commencing their planning for 2009 and hence there is an opportunity to use consistent planning data and approach and develop integrated intervention.
