Goal

• to increase the capacity of members and stakeholders to work together to enhance integrated health promotion.

Action will

• adopt a social model of health in addressing IHP priorities
• facilitate integrated planning between member agencies
• champion IHP innovation
• facilitate member agencies to enhance their partnerships with non-health sectors
• focus on:physical activity, nutrition and oral health
• mental health; seek to resolve underlying issues of transport, education, employment, social isolation, housing, family/parenting, resourcing of primary care
